Booking and Cancellation Policy

Revive Your Health takes bookings online, which you can do from the website (click on “Book Now”) or via my Facebook page. If you are unable to book online, please contact me on 03-5229 4908 and leave a message indicating your preferred time and date to book in.

You will be sent an email confirmation, if you book online and have given your email address. If you have given me your mobile number, you will also receive a reminder text before the appointment.

Please be mindful of the fact that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I ask that you give more than 24 hours notice, so that I am able to book another client in. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way of attending, but please respect my need to fill my day with people who are able to attend.

If you are late for your appointment, I retain the right to finish the appointment at the booked time and still charge the full time of the booked session. If you are running late and can contact me to let me know, I will always endeavour to fit in the full appointment, but it may depend upon other bookings.

I appreciate the efforts of those clients who do make it in for their regular appointments. For those who cancel, even to reschedule, with less than 24 hours notice more than 3 times, a penalty of $50 will be charged to the following appointment. This also applies if you have pre-paid for a block of appointments and cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice on 3 occasions. After this, the appointment will be deemed concluded, as the repeated cancellation of appointments have prevented me from booking other patients into that spot, on multiple occasions.

If you do not turn up for an appointment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 at the next appointment. If I have retained your credit card on file, I will use this card to charge the cancellation fee. If you have a block of pre-paid appointments, I will use one of these appointments to cover the missed appointment.

Whilst I will always be sympathetic to personal situations and try to accommodate your needs, I do ask that you remain respectful of my professional and financial needs.
